  • Ensure customer relationships are managed pro-actively,
  • Lead new project programme execution with the objective of achieving timely delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Identify and respond to customers’ requirements, engaging with all impacted internal stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing assessment of the Company’s current commercial performance against budgeted targets.
  • Initiate and manage the analytical activities necessary to achieve the local / global Sales organisation’s business targets.
  • Support the Sales team’s efforts to win new and replacement business, enabling achievement, or over-achievement, of sales objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing activities on new products and technologies in conjunction with key internal stakeholders.
  • Work experience in Automotive Tier 1 or OEM!
  • University degree (Engineering qualification)
  • English - upper-intermediate
  • Experience in sales/account management/business development
  • strong knowledge in Selling processes and techniques in auromotive industry
  • Strong interpersonal / communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise activities to achieve customer and business objectives
  • Ability to analyse information to support development of effective business recommendations and decision making
  • Career and professional development in foreign company
